Hey teens! Are you looking to step up your kitchen game? Come see what we’re cooking up at LCL on Tuesday, September 1 from 3:30 – 5:30 PM. Learn how to make simple, tasty, and nutritious snacks with the help of our friends at the NC Cooperative Extension. On the menu this month: “Brain Foods!” Attendees must register in advance and sign a program waiver. If you have allergies or food restrictions, please let us know when you register and we will try to accommodate you.
LCL Inbe-TWEEN-ers Calling all tweens! Join us on the first and third Mondays of each month from 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM at the Main Library for LCL Inbe-TWEEN-ers, a special program just for ages 10 – 13. Each session features something new, like drawing lessons, crafts, video gaming, or Reader’s Theater! This drop-off program gives tweens a chance to connect, create, and have fun. Parents do not need to be present.
