Unearth a Story at LCL: 2026 Summer Reading Program Get ready to dig into adventure and uncover new worlds as we celebrate this year’s theme: “Unearth a Story!” From Monday, June 1st-Saturday, August 15th, Lee County Libraries invites readers of ALL AGES to excavate a summer full of discovery and imagination. This year’s CSLP Summer Reading Program will inspire you to bring stories to life through books, hands-on activities, and exciting events at your library.

The 2026 Summer Reading Program at LCL is open to EVERYONE! Along the way, you’ll have the chance to earn reading incentive prizes, uncover surprise rewards, enter raffle drawings, and take part in interactive programs and creative workshops. Plus, don’t miss the grand finale event of the summer… the 2026 LCL Funomicon Event!
